    Currently on 25 mg and nursing a child (not a baby). Thinking about titrating up to the next dose 37.5 mg but unsure if that is too high of a dose while breastfeeding.

      As long as baby/child is not having weight issues or failure to thrive then you could try half and half and watch baby/child for insomnia/excitement/anorexia. You could breast feed or use breast milk every other feeding, then you would want to supplement with formula every other feeding.
