Its probably not a problem due to your infants age. I'd suggest your breastfeed BEFORE you take the drug, then again at bedtime.
Observed for excitement, insomnia, or anorexia.

I'd be really grateful for some advice about breastfeeding and Phentermine in relation to my specific circumstances. I am breastfeeding my almost 3-year-old (twice per day--before sleep and first thing in the morning). My doctor has prescribed phen 40mg as my weight is not shifting despite best efforts. (There are a range of reasons that it is important that I manage my weight). I'm not sure whether I should completely wean before commencing the course, or whether given the age of my infant (and feeding schedule), it would be okay to continue feeding but be wary for any concerning symptoms?Tags: None
