I am wondering what your thoughts are of taking gabapentin 3600mg a day, Baclofen 30mg a day and vyvanse 30mg. I took all these items during pregnancy but after birth the pediatrician is giving me a hard time about taking the Vyvanse along with the other two. Thank you for your help.

Mommyto5:
At most, only about 6.2% of Vyvance gets to the infant. So, its relatively unlikely the infant will show symptoms. Just observe for insomnia or lack of appetite and feeding if the infant is exposed to this drug.
As far as I know, there are no drug-drug interactions with these three drugs.
Talk with your pediatrician and see what he/she says.
