  • Prazosin alternative

A new mother was being treated for PTSD with Zoloft and Prazosin. Evidently the Prazosin (an anti-hypertensive) was being used to treat nightmares and worked well. Is there an alternative for the prazosin (listed as an L4) while breastfeeding baby?
    Thank you,
    Colette Davenport RN, ICCE, IBCLC
