onebusybroad,
Flonase (Fluticasone) is rated an L3-no data-probably compatible. "Probably quite safe. Limited oral bioavailability and high first-pass uptake would limit maternal plasma levels. This product is used in children all the time. It would not be contraindicated in a breastfeeding mother." (Medications and Mothers' Milk database, Dr Thomas Hale PhD).
