    Multiple Medications

    Good morning, I am writing concerning a patient who would like to breastfeed but is taking many medications:
    Vyvanse 40 mg
    Adderall 20 mg
    Effexor 112.5 mg
    Lunesta 3 mg
    Cyclobenzapine5 mg
    Namenda 10 mg
    Zofran
    Imitrex prn
    THC 3mg
    cbd oil
    and THC dabbing ( this is apparently another way to use THC)
    Please advise!

    This is a rather poor mix of drugs to use in a breastfeeding mother. I would argue against breastfeeding.
