    Are there any known drug interactions with Lexapro while breastfeeding?

    There are dozens of apparent drug drug interactions listed for escitalopram and various drugs. I don't think I'd really worry about the ibuprofen in your infant, if only occassionally used. Also, Tylenol may be a better choice for your baby. If you have some other drugs used, check with your pharmacist for drug drug interactions...they all have programs that do that.
