    The most important thing to remember about this family of antidepressant drugs is that you never know if one or another of them will work for you.

    I would start with Cymbalta. Only about 1.1% of the dose or less gets to the infant.

    Desvenlafaxine(Pristiq) 6-9% gets to infant. Milnacipran, the manufacturer says 5% of dose gets to infant.

    Talk with your doctor and get this suggestion.

    Hi I would like to know what the safest combination of SNRI for anxiety/depression and stimulant for add would be. I have an 8 month old daughter and have been off of my medicine since I became pregnant. I still breastfeed full time but need to get back to feeling like myself.
