  • Donating Breastmilk - Lexapro and Zoloft

I take 10 mg Lexapro a day and am nursing a one-year-old. I would like to donate excess milk to my friend who has two month old twins, but she herself takes Zoloft. Is it too risky for her to give both her own milk and my milk to the babies, given that we're on different antidepressants?

    Andromeda:

I would not suggest donating while both of you are taking antidepressants. This may be too much for these infants . I don't think its a good idea.
