domperidone and antidepressant interaction?

Lynda:
While there are many theoretical drug-drug interactions, if the dose of domperidone is kept less than 60 mg/day, the probability of a major increase in domperidone levels is rather remote. Of these proposed drug-drug interactions, I do not see any with the SSRI family with exception of citalopram.
Unless the other drug prolongs the QT interval of the heart, I would not be overly concerned about using it.
