    desdes,

Yes 200mg once a day is ok. This is within the normal dose range as long as your infant is not symptomatic. Monitor for sedation or irritability, not waking to feed/poor feeding and gaining weight appropriately.

    desdes,

Zoloft is usually dosed once a day. This medication has a half-life of 26 hours, but only 0.04-2.2% of your dose transfers into breastmilk. It would not matter when you nurse in reference to taking this medication because it will become a level in your blood.

Mr Hale you have told me that the safest max dose of zoloft per day is 200 mg. Could you please tell me if it is safest to receive it in the morning and in the evening (100+100mg) or once (200mg) in the evening? Thank you!
