    Hello! Is Keppra safe while breastfeeding? Mom is still in the hospital so I know that with the colostrum the amount baby is getting is even smaller, but mom is hoping to breastfeed at home.

    Keppra is discussed in the thread below. We consider it to be a low-risk drug in breastfeeding.
