Any new data or case reports re/ rivaroxaban?
Mom with lupus, clotting disorders and recurrent PE and DVT now stable on enoxaparin 100 mg bid, but was well controlled prior to pregnancy much more conveniently on rivaroxaban and wishes to resume it. Infant born at 37 weeks, home at one week of age, is two weeks old, on 1/2 expressed breast milk and 1/2 formula, and doing well. She does not nurse at breast.Tags: None
