  • Breastfeeding newborn and taking Rituxan

I previously took Rituxan 2.5 years ago when I was not breastfeeding for B-cell Lymphoma. Now I may need to start taking it again due to a relapse. However my son was born at 36 weeks and is now 3 weeks old. If I start the Rituxan again, he will be 4-6 weeks old when I start it. Will I be able to pump and dump after the infusion and continue breastfeeding?
