I still have MDs (OB/GYN) on our L&D floor who tell our new moms they cannot breastfeed on levaquin, yet that's what they put them on for assorted things. The moms face enough struggles in the first few days. What is your current understanding, AAP classification, etc., on this drug? This same mom was ALSO told she had to pump and dump following a CT scan despite my having long ago provided the dept. with the ACR committee statement from 2009. She's also on flagyl. Triple wammy.
