It is unlikely that either ciprofloxacin or levofloxacin will pose much danger to your baby, even with her allergy. Details of these two medications are discussed at the links below. Older children like your daughter get much less breastmilk relative to their body weights than infants and the risks from incidental drug exposure through the milk are proportionately lower.

Levaquin or Cipro
I went to my ENT and I have what he thinks is a serious skin infection on my ear. I'm allergic to many antibiotics - penicillin, amoxicillin, clindamycin and we're unsure about erythromycin so I was prescribed azithromycin. They're not sure if I'll have a reaction but I have in the past (prior to pregnancy and breastfeeding) been okay with Cipro. If the Azithromycin doesn't work the doctor said I'll have to take Cipro or Levaquin. My daughter has a rare food allergy (FPIES) and still nurses like an infant even though she's 2 1/2 years old. Formula and milk aren't an option. Is it safe to continue to nurse with either of these medications and is one safer than the other? Any precautions I can take to make this work??
If I had to stop - how long?
