Is the use of Selenium Sulfide Topical as an antifungal safe for breastfeeding if applied to the armpits only and thoroughly washed off as directed?

Selenium sulfide is commonly used antifungal used in dandruff shampoo and other topical products. Virtually none is absorbed via the skin. I would suggest mom keep infant away from this product, although its toxicity is not considered very high.
Just wash area before breastfeeding.
