Certainly. Clindamycin is a good choice for severe mastitis, and levels in milk are minimal, about 0.8 to 1.8% of your dose. So its minimal.

    Antibiotics after abscess drained

I recently had an abscess drained from my right breast and I was prescribed Clindamycin. My son is healthy and 7 1/2 months old. Is it safe to continue breast feeding him?
