  • Long term Tylenol use while breastfeeding

Due to chronic neck issues/headaches I take Tension headache Tylenol with caffeine on a daily basis (no aspirin). I typically take 500-1000 mg total a day. It's usually 250mg in the morning and 250mg in the evening or 500 mg twice a day. Is this Tylenol a concern for me to continue with my breastfeeding baby who is 4 months old? I want to make sure it won't hurt baby. I have been on it since before pregnancy.

my child (3 months) had been with my mother for the weekend and I decided to go out with a few friends. I had drank too much too quickly and blacked out. I came to and realized I had done cocaine and had taken puffs of weed as other people offered it to me. I didn’t remember any of this. I am in a panic and did not feed my daughter any of my breastmilk when I got back. Instead formula. I also read up a mixture of alcohol and cocaine make Cocaethylene and stay in the body for even longer being even more dangerous and thc even worse staying for weeks at a time. I’ve never done anything like this before and this has made me extremely concerned. When and will I be able to return to breastfeeding? I’m getting mixed answers. How long? I was planning on returning back after a week or so.
