I was wondering if toradol is safe for nursing. My daughter is currently using it in iv form and we want to make sure there is no risk of crossover for nursing her son

While we do not have data on the intravenous administration of ketorolac (Toradol), we do following oral use and the levels in milk are exceedingly low. Only about 0.2% of the dose would ever get to the infant. I'd suggest she wait 3-4 hours following the dose to eliminate virtually all risks. But I'm not sure this is really necessary.
