Hello, I was unable to contact the Infant Risk Center yesterday since I think their phone lines are having some technical issues. I was wondering if you have any guidelines on how long a mother should pump and dump if they were given Rohypnol (flunitrazepam). We had a mother (and 2 other women) that were admitted after a music event with symptoms that indicated they were given something in addition to drinking alcohol. The providers were looking at possibly GHB and Rohypnol for this breastfeeding mother. The data is very clear for GHB as far as pumping/dumping, but not quite as clear for Rohypnol. The half life is 20-30 hours and it is high orally bioavailable. Thank you so much for your help.
