Considering getting Kybella under my chin (2 sessions of 2 vials each, separated by 5 weeks). Baby is about 16.5 months, eats solids, and we nurse about once a day. We will sometimes skip a day as well. Would skipping a few days of nursing after the treatment be enough?

    Maeganval:

This product is pretty rapidly cleared from the plasma compartment following use. Levels of deoxycholic acid return in the patient to normal in 24 hours.

I'd suggest mom pump and discard milk for 24 hours AFTER each treatment before returning to breastfeeding.
