Creatine is a dietary supplement that helps to increase the benefits of weightlifting. It is highly likely to end up in the milk, but unlikely to cause any real problems. The body contains a lot of natural creatine already. If the baby has good kidney function, she should be fine nursing while the mom takes this supplement at a typical dosage. Be sure to stay hydrated while consuming extra creatine.
