  • Augmentin plus Zofran

    Hi,
I am currently EBF my 3.5 month old son.
I was prescribed Augmentin (875mg/125mg) 2x a day for 10 days for a sinus infection. Augmentin makes me very nauseated, so I was given 8mg pills of Zofran to counteract. I’ve read on other posts that Zofran is probably okay for short term use.
    1) Is it okay to take the Augmentin and Zofran simultaneously?
    2) Would it be okay to take the zofran, if needed, for the entire 10 day period? Should I try 4mg 1/2 pill before taking 8mg?
    Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thank you!
