  • RESTORE supplement

My doctor recommended that I take a supplement called RESTORE. I am not sure if you can provide any advice on its safety during breastfeeding. It appears to be a supplement that helps support healthy bacteria in the gut. From the product's website - "RESTORE is a new generation, soil-derived supplement that promotes an optimal gut environment. It is not a probiotic. It is not a prebiotic. Rather, it is a carbon-rich, alkaline liquid, comprised of Terrahydriteâ„¢, a proprietary formulation of Aqueous Humic Substances and trace mineral amino acid complexes." I understand if you cannot really comment on this but I thought it was worth checking. I am breastfeeding a 5 month old and he was born early at 33 weeks.
