  • Ocrevus planning for pregnancy

My neurologist at Hopkins has recommended I start ocrevus and get 2 full doses in, wait two months from the second dose and then I can start trying to get pregnant. I know that the ocrevus website recommends waiting 6 months. In your opinion is my neurologist correct in recommending that it is ok to start trying after 2 months from that second full dose?

He had me switch from kesimpta since there was not as much data as kesimpta is a newer drug. I also plan on breastfeeding and he said essentially from the second dose of ocrevus I am protected for about 18 months which allows me time to breastfeed as safely as possible.
