Hi Sandra! Could you tell me what the half life of the drug is after 3 days of 12mg/day infusions? Or when the entire amount should be clear from my body?

lozwo:
Alemtuzamab (Campath) is a monoclonal antibody similar to your own IgG1. After the initial dosing period, it has a half life of 6 days (range 1 to 14 days) after the last 30 mg dose. Using the latter time period, it would be about 30 days before all is gone.
However, its really unlikely much of this would be absorbed by the infant.
