Fatigue after steroids

Hello Dr Thomas Hale. I breastfeed an 8-week-old baby. Yesterday I got 1000 mg intravenous steroid. (I have multiple sclerosis, and I'm in a continuous bout, which started two weeks before birth, and has since worsened). On the recommendation of my breastfeeding counselor i did not breastfeed during the transfusions, and three hours later. But since then and to this day the baby is very sleepy, and I'm very tired, too. Could there be a connection?
