  • Vitamin D Deficiency and Low Volume

    Hi there,

Recently, I was told that my son has a Vitamin D deficiency and so do I. He was solely breastfed but is now on formula. He has a bone disease that is still undiagnosed. I am looking for a place that can test breastmilk for Vitamins and Nutrients, or lack thereof. I have checked with different Milk Banks across the nation but they focus on protein and calories in their testing. Does anyone know of a lab where I can send my breastmilk in order to find more answers to solve his and my health issues? This is very important for all of us as we want to keep him healthy and strong. Thank you in advance!
