Sarah
these are just fine for your situation and have been used in thousands of breastfeeding women. We consider them a good choice in breastfeeding women for treating anxiety. However the dose of Zoloft might be a bit low but a good place to start.

Severe anxiety, Zoloft and Ativan
Hi,
i am 9 months pp and have been experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks. My dr prescribed 50mg Zoloft and 1mg Ativan2x/day. I was just wondering if it was still safe to breastfeed or if I needed to wait a certain amount of time or if I had to pump and dump my milk. Also, wasn’t sure what the risk factors are
for breastfeeding on those meds.Tags: None
