Is cilantro safe while breastfeeding? I have several amalgam fillings and am concerned about increasing the mercury level in my milk. Thank you!

Yes, cilantro is safe to consume while breastfeeding. Limit your intake to what you would reasonably eat as part of a healthy diet. Don't take cilantro pills or use concentrated oils.
