    One mom tell me that she has heart disease. Here are medicines that she uses everyday. She want to know if they are safe for her baby. She breastfeeds her baby everyday.
    Metazydyna 20 (Trimetazidine)
    Nattokin Plus (Bacillus natto?..600FU, Coenzym Q10?. 5mg, Ginkgo semen?7,5mg, Vitamin C???.7,5mg, Anka????.?.25mg),Grape seed extract?..7,5mg, Rhodiola rosea???.7,5mg )
    Air-us (Alpha Amylase, simethicone)
    Fudlezin 5 (Flunarizin hydroclorid)

    I can only comment on some of these. We do not have information on all of these products.

    Bacillus natto, Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin C, Alpha amylase, and simethicone are all very safe to use in breastfeeding mothers.
    Flunarizine is potentially dangerous because it can build up in the baby and cause heart problems.
    There is not enough information available in the medical literature to comment on Ginko, Anka, Grape Seed extract, Rhodiola, or trimetazidine. In general, we recommend that breastfeeding mothers not take herbal products.
