On March 2, 2012 Health canada endorsed safety info regarding domperidone and its oral not IV use in 2 different studies. (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/medeff/advisories-avis/prof/_2012/domperidone_hpc-cps-eng.php). I had not kept up with this warning/endorsement and I have a mom who has pointed this out to me. What is your stand on this? I know your previous recommendation, is it still the same? She really wants to try domperidone but is very concerned about the new warning. I suggested an ECG to verify no arrythmia issues for her but I also told her I would get your input. Thank you so much for your time.
