Hello. This website is a wonderful resource for mothers! My question has to do with whether or not it is safe to exclusively breastfeed my 2.5 month old while taking 100 mg Zoloft and 10mg Adderall XR daily. In particular, I am worried that 2-7% of my 10 mg Adderall dose for her (at 11 lbs) could be problematic. Or that the combo presents additional concerns. My doctor has approved conditionally, advising me to keep an eye on baby. I am skeptical, though, as she tends to be pretty laidback. Any advice you can give is very much appreciated! Thank you.

AHmama,
We would say it is probably ok to breastfeed with this combination as long as your infant is not symptomatic. With Zoloft monitor your infant for sedation or irritability, not waking to feed/poor feeding and weight gain. With Adderall avoid the first 2 hours after a dose, keep your dose low at 20mg or less a day. Monitor for agitation, hyperactivity, insomnia, decreased appetite, weight gain, tremor.
