  • what to take for nausea?

As a breastfeeding mom, what can I take when I have the stomach flu to stop throwing up? I don't want to get dehydrated.

    Dear katielisa777,
You can take Gatorade to replenish some electrolytes and avoid dehydration. Most stomach viruses last between 24 and 48 hours. However, if your symptoms last longer, you will need to follow up with your doctor. I hope this helps.
