  • Zoloft and reglan

I have an ex 33 week infant, am on reglan for low supply (making 18-20oz/day at 5 weeks), and have been struggling with anxiety temporally related to several major stressful events. I do not think it is related to reglan and would like to stay on reglan at least for awhile but have been recommended to start Zoloft. I can monitor myseld for s/s is sseradonin syndrome but what is the risk to my baby in terms of seratonin syndrome if I stay on reglan (currently 10mg tid) and start Zoloft? Am not on domperidone due to risk for hypokalemia with stress due to adrenal insufficiency.
