  • Cleocin Vaginal Cream

I was recently diagnosed with BV and prescribed Clindamycin vaginal cream to use at bedtime for 7 nights. My baby doesn't nurse in middle of the night so I just want to make sure this is safe to use while nursing, especially since I've read that the highest concentrations in milk are found between 10-14 hours after application (not sure if this is correct) and my baby will nurse in that time frame. Or would it be safer for him for me to pump and dump in the mornings and feed him frozen breast milk? Thank you for your help!
