    Hello,

My baby is 5 weeks old, I am fully breastfeeding and considering taking Cimizia for Psoriasis. Is that safe for my baby? Are there any concerns? Should there be any changes to her vaccine schedule? Thank you.

P.S. - I did notice the older posts, but was wondering if my baby's age would make a difference. Also, is there any updated information?

We're always more cautious with younger babies; however, Cimzia is an ideal option as 1) it was specially designed NOT to fit transporters that we worry about and 2) we have data on safety in lactation for it. For Cimzia, making alterations to their vaccine schedule shouldn't be necessary.
