  • H pylori

I was recently diagnosed with h pylori.

The doctors recommended flagyl, biaxin, and Prilosec. It would be 7 pills a day I believe.
when I told them I was breastfeeding they said none of the medications were safe and that I would need to be treated whenever we wean, which will be two years if we follow the same timeline of my first breastfeeding journey which doesn't seem safe.

Can I safely take those three medications 2-3 times a day and still breastfeed?
