      Bentle,

Pyrantle (Reese's pinworm medication) is one of the medications most people use to treat pinworms. It is not likely to enter the breast milk in significant quantities due to poor oral absorption, and low plasma levels. The medication is most concentrated in the milk prior to 3 hours, so try and avoid that time to nurse. Watch for vomiting and diarrhea.
