"Ophthalmic use of moxifloxacin in the form of eye drops is probably OK due to low systemic levels attained. However, caution is advised with its oral or intravenous use." (Medications and Mothers' Milk database, Dr Thomas Hale PhD). Apply pressure on your tear duct for 1 minute when applying the drops in the eye to reduce exposure even more.
