Adrenal concentrate

I have a mother who wants to take an Adrenal concentrate from sus scrofa (200 mcg) for extreme fatigue. Is this compatible with breastfeeding? Her baby is 10 months.

We cannot recommend the safety of this product there is no data available about the safety except that adrenal extracts are derived from animals so there is concern about contamination with diseased animal parts. These products are not FDA regulated and have not been studied in breastfeeding.
