    Nikita Munro,

Some of the vitamins are above the RDA, but in an older infant these doses will probably not be a problem.

Thank you. So it's ok then if I take one per day? Or rather just one every second day? Or better not to take it, to be safe?

Theres one other vitamin please that I need to enquire about which I'm supposed to take. It's a green powder mix which you drink daily in water and it contains the following :

Pea protein, organic superfood & greens blend with probiotics, dehydrated coconut nectar, acacia soluble fibre, vitamin C, stevia extract

      Greens Blend per serving: 2530mg
Organic wheatgrass, green algae (spirulina), pea fibre, organic barley grass, organic alfalfa leaf, aloe vera inner leaf gel 200:1 concentrate

      Reds Blend per serving: 28mg
Beetroot, apple, broccoli, kale, spinach, parsley, red raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, tomato, cranberry, pomegranate, acai berry (Euterpe oleracea), blackberry, cherry, black raspberry, acerola, apple pectin, banana, flaxseed, mango, papaya, peach, pear, pineapple, watermelon

Probiotic Blend per serving: 138 million CFU
Probiotic cultures CFU including: L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. brevis, L. plantarum, B. bifidium, B. longum

      Thanks so much

        Nikita:

Sorry, we can't really help you with this mix of stuff. We simply don't know if they are safe. As for your recommended vitamin, I'd suggest you take your pregnancy vitamin 2-3 times a week. This should provide all you and your infant really needs.

Don't go overboard with supplementing vitamins. The risk in overdosing vitamins is FAR higher than the benefit.
