No, 25,000 IU is way above the upper RDA of 3,000 IU a day. The RDA in lactation is 1,200 IU a day. Vitamin A can cause toxicity. Amounts of 15,000 IU a day can cause liver damage. "At this point we do not know if vitamin A levels in milk correlate with maternal plasma levels, but they probably do." (Medications and Mothers' Milk database, Dr Thomas Hale PhD).
