Epidural Steroid Injection

Hello. I am getting an epidural steroid injection (corticosteroid) for acute pain in my lower back due to two herniated discs. I am exclusively breastfeeding my 3 week old son. Do I need to pump and dump? And if so, for how long?

As far as I know, the injection is Dexamethasone 10 mg.
Please advise. Thank you.
