Ambien or temazapam

I need to take something for a one time procedure. I am nursing a 7 week old. Should I take temazapam 15mg or ambient 12.5mg

Hi, thanks for your post.

These two meds are about the same in terms of breastfeeding safety. Ambien is cleared from the body faster than temazepam and this may help you recover a little faster from the procedure.
