My understanding is that breastfeeding mothers were excluded from current Covid19 vaccine trials. I am a healthcare worker and could potentially receive this vaccine within weeks through my employer. I am breastfeeding my 2 year old, however. Are there any thoughts from InfantRisk on whether the vaccines for Covid19 will be safe while breastfeeding?
