Tovias and breastfeeding

i have a lady who during pregnancy was told not to take this medictaion (she is taking always for urine incompetancy). She is planning to breastfeed and we cannot find any information about Tovias and breastfeeding.
I will be happy to get youre opinion.

Dear Orli,

Fesoterodine (Toviaz) is an anti-muscarinic agent, it is rapidly metabolized in vivo to produce its active metabolite tolterodine. Tolterodine is a muscarinic anticholinergic agent similar in effect to atropine but is more selective for the urinary bladder. Tolterodine levels in milk have been reported in mice, where offsprings exposed to extremely high levels had slightly reduced body weight gain, but no other untoward effects. While we have no data on human milk, it is unlikely concentrations will be high enough to produce untoward effects in infants. However, the infant should be monitored for classic anticholinergic symptoms including dry mouth, constipation, poor tearing, etc.
