In Israel FMF is common and the first drug of choice is colchicine.
In "medication and mothers milk" colchicine related to gouty and the alternative treatment indicated is for that.
My question regarding for the safety of using colchicine during breastfeeding?
The case is about women 33y, 5 days after giving birth, in the past nursed 3 children for short time because no one told her she couldn?t.
She is receiving 1 mg*2/day.
