Synthroid over replacement during breastfeeding

My daughter was born three weeks ago. I am breastfeeding, and my thyroid lab results show that I am being over replaced.
TSH 0.19
Free T4 by Dialysis 3.1 (range 1.1-2.4)

What consequences will this have for my baby? I am very concerned. Thank you.

Dear Mom-of-3,

Only minimal amounts of thyroid hormone transfer into human milk; therefore, it is unlikely that your infant would have clinically relevant effects from a short period of increased maternal thyroid levels. You can talk with your pediatrician about your concerns and he/she may draw blood to check your infant's thyroid gland function. The signs of hyperthyroidism in an infant would be weight loss, tiredness, poor sleeping, brittle hair. It is important for you to be seen regularly by your physician to keep your thyroid levels within normal limits for your own health.
